Service and support
– Customized Mobile Data Plan
– Single point of contact (Account Manager to be dedicated)
– Able to provide monthly summary report for all divisions and units
– Telephone / on-site support for faulty reporting: Same or next business day. (For rental option)
– Replacement of faulty equipment or SIM Card: Next business day. (For rental option)

Overseas usage
– Auto-roaming subscription: Deactivated. (Activate upon request by customer).
– Bridge Data Roaming: Not subscribed. (Activate upon request by customer).
– Easy Data Roaming subscription: Not subscribed. (Activate upon request by customer).
– Pay-per-use roaming: Disabled. (Activate upon request by customer).
– Usage bill as separate items in monthly bills.

Mechanism to track and monitor data usage (DUCK Portal)
Proprietary web-based query system. Free service for customer only.
– Web-based system supports one-time entry for usage report on all SIM Cards.
– Usage alert via email.
Replacement policy
– Physical damage / loss of rental device if applicable (value according to delivery documents) will subject to prevailing replacement or repair costs.
– In the event where the proposed device model is out-of-stock, we may substitute different device of equivalent or better specification (applicable to both rental and purchase options).
– All stocks are subject to availability from local authorized distributors.
Fair usage policy
– SingTel and/or BTW Technology Pte Ltd reserve(s) the right to suspend or apply speed throttling on any SIM card user who may or potentially be compromising the mobile network’s reliability for other users.
– Every SIM Card is subject to Fair Usage Policy.
